Refunds & Exchange Policy

Due to health regulations, we will only accept the return of Petal&Wood products if:

  • You have received products from Petal&Wood that are different to the one you have ordered.We will replace the incorrect product with the correct item.
  • We recommend you use a tracked service to return your items, as we will not be liable for refunds/exchanges for any undelivered goods.
  • For any reason the products you have ordered are faulty or damaged at the time of delivery to you.
  • Petal&Wood will replace the damaged/faulty products. Please note that Petal&Wood requires photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery. Severely damaged deliveries will need to be reviewed further. Replacement is at the discretion of Petal&Wood may not be offered if we believe your claim is false.
  • Petal&Wood does not accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
  • Health regulations prohibit the return of Petal & Wood perishable product range, including essential oils.
  • Due to the personal nature of perfumes, there are no returns. We recommend purchasing a 2 ml tester when deciding on a fragrance.

Please provide the order number & contact information in your email.
We aim to respond to your email within 48 hours.

Returned items must be completed within 14 days of receiving your item.
Please contact before making your return as we will provide you with a Returns Form that must be completed and sent with your parcel. Items delivered to us without a returns form will not be processed.

All exchanges will be processed within 2-3 working days.
Refunds may take up to 10 working days depending on your bank.

Returned goods will only be accepted on return if the product, including packaging, is in a condition ready for immediate resale.

Warranty claims for non-perishable products should be directed to your original place of purchase. Warranty claim documentation should be returned with the product in original packaging.
